Getting back into shape

Before showering, a few minutes of planking, and a few other simple exercises for the back and the abdomen, slowly, but more than yesterday, and less than tomorrow.

Breakfast, a lot of proteins, coffee and muesli.

Before midday, a new run in the park close by. This time i did 1,6 km, and was less of a mess than yesterday afterwards.

Some more walking during the day, to reach more than 8000 steps in the end.

No tingling feelings on the tongue or fingers...although i did indulge in one of the best ice-creams on sale in Brussels.

A good day.
