Building strength and stamina

While at the seaside, a maximum of fresh air is de rigueur in order to prepare next week's chemo.

Every morning, Gella and myself make a 5km run before breakfast, and other activities during the day.

Walks on the beach, swims, evening walks, today we resorted to trusty old bikes, and rode around 6 km, under dire conditions!
