Sporting your way back to health

17 000 steps yesterday, but above all, after nearly three months of absence, return to the squash courts!

Half an hour of training and half an hour for a game.

Felt really good, despite of course the technical mistakes, which should disappear after a few weeks.

No muscle or joint pain, either after or on the next morning.

just pure joy of moving your own body, striking and running, perspiring.

I've decided that instead of playing once a week as i planned to during the rest of the chemo, i'll try to play twice.

That was a long time ago...
